time-to-peak global strain(English)
- measures strain during the interval from the beginning of the QRS complex to the maximum, lowest point of the cardiac strain curve, indicating myocardial contraction timing. Often corrected for heart rate, it helps identify dyssynchrony, with normal LV TTP typically around 350-400 ms
