very early-onset schizophrenia(English)

• a rare, severe neurodevelopmental form of schizophrenia starting before age 13, characterized by psychosis (hallucinations, delusions), insidious onset, and significant cognitive/social dysfunction. It is distinct from adult-onset due to higher genetic loading, more severe premorbid developmental issues, and poorer prognosis
