   • composed of ridges formed by pectinate muscles, which arise from the CT. The characteristic electrocardiographic pattern associated with RAA tachycardia shows negative P waves, in lead V1 due to the anterior location of the RAA, that become progressively more positive across the rest of the precordial leads along with upright P waves in the inferior leads, positive or isoelectric-positive P waves in I, and an inverted P wave in aVR, analogous to AT from a superior crista origin
