left ventricular restoration(English)
- performed for ICM when the large scar after myocardial infarction was assessed to extend over >35% of LV perimeter and was liable to induce eccentric LV motion. Assessment of the regional function of the scarred LV is often conducted by MRI using gadolinium late enhancement
