   • ratio of peak stress to rest left ventricular systolic elastance. With abnormal values ≤2.0. Also defined as an increase by ≥ 5 points in ejection fraction (Simpson method) from rest to peak stress

2. left ventricular concentric remodeling(English)

   • preeclampsia is strongly associated with LVCR and also with left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH), up to 10 years after delivery. This predisposes to heart failure later in life
