hereditary pulmonary arterial hypertension(English)
- a rare, genetic form of high blood pressure in the lungs caused by mutations, most commonly in the BMPR2 gene. It is inherited in an autosomal dominant pattern with reduced penetrance, leading to pulmonary vascular remodeling and right heart failure. Also denoted as FPAH
