BNP - Ratio for cardiomegaly - Elderly - Atrial fibrillation - Time of CAD - Hemoglobin(English)
- a clinical score comprising 6 variables (aged >65 years, coronary artery disease [CAD], AF, elevated NPs, anemia, and LV high-voltage on electrocardiography). Developed to facilitate HFpEF diagnosis in primary care settings in Northeast Asia. Stands for the following seven independent predictors: BNP – Elevated natriuretic peptide levels (BNP or NT-proBNP) R – Cardiomegaly (cardiothoracic Ratio ≥ 50%) on chest X-rayE – Age ≥ 65 years A – Atrial fibrillation (paroxysmal or persistent) T – History of coronary artery disease H – Anemia (low hemoglobin levels)
