score based on four pharmacological pillars for treating heart failure(English)

  • calculated from the number and achieved doses of the four pharmacological pillars of GRMT including beta-blockers, mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists and sodium glucose co-transporter II inhibitors or one of any one of the following; angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor blockers (AIIRB) or angiotensin II receptor blocker/neprilysin inhibitors. One point is given for each therapeutic class prescribed at <50% of guideline target dose and four points, for each therapeutic class, if ≥50% of target dose is achieved. For patients taking all four foundational therapies, an additional eight points are given irrespective of individual medicine dosing
