- in a hospital setting the most commonly used outcome measure for low back pain, which effects up to 80% of the population at some time during their active life. Questionnaires are available to help measure pain and disability. A self-administered questionnaire divided into ten sections designed to assess limitations of various activities of daily living. Each section is scored on a 0–5 scale, 5 representing the greatest disability. The index is calculated by dividing the summed score by the total possible score, which is then multiplied by 100 and expressed as a percentage

Occupational Depression Inventory(English)
- developed to assess depressive symptoms that individuals specifically attribute to their work. It references the nine diagnostic symptom criteria for major depressive disorder found in the Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders (thus assesses anhedonia, depressed mood, sleep alterations, fatigue/loss of energy, appetite alterations, feelings of worthlessness, cognitive impairment, psychomotor alterations, and suicidal ideation)
