internet gaming disorder(English)
- a potential subtype of behavioral addiction that was considered for inclusion in the DSM nosological system. However, evidence supporting IGD as a diagnostic disorder was still lacking. Subsequently it was included into Section III of the DSM-5, as a condition that required further study, in order to determine its eventual suitability as a diagnostic disorder

isolated GnRH deficiency(English)
- pertains to a group of genetic disorders consisting of anosmic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (e.g. KS) and normosmic idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (nIHH). It is a rare disorder with an estimated incidence of 1/48,000 births. It is caused by a defect in the HPG axis, resulting in low levels of sex steroids and a delay or absence of puberty. Divided into anosmic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (Kallmann syndrome, KS) and normosmic idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (nIHH). About 60% of patients with IGD present with anosmia or hyposmia (KS) by total or partial defects of the olfactory bulb due to the fact that the GnRH-releasing neurons are primarily derived from progenitor cells in the nasal compartment and migrate along the fibers derived from the olfactory system across the cribriform plate to the forebrain
