• malignant lymphoma composed of undifferentiated cells, i.e., cells that do not show morphologic evidence of maturation toward lymphocytes or histiocytes, which vary in size and may include bizarre giant forms, while the neoplastic cells infiltrate the entire lymph node without any organized pattern
