• mainly comprized of AI-associated bone loss and arthralgias that affect up to half of women on AI therapy and detrimentally impact patient quality of life and treatment adherence. Associated musculoskeletal adverse events can be primarily classified into two major groups of 1) AI-induced bone loss and 2) AI-induced arthralgias (AIA)
