mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis(English)
- seen in mild or early cases and the most common histological change in advanced cases is a mesangiocapillary glomerulonephritis, seen in about 50% of patients. The next most frequently seen histological lesion is a focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. Sometimes also denoted as MPGN, but this is confusing as the acronym has been used for an other variant
